Niko does great work at competitive prices. He did closed cell spray foam in several places plus blown-in cellulose in our attic. I asked a lot of questions before the job, and he was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Great communicator. We are happy with the result. 100% recommend.

I can't recommend these guys enough, they did an awesome job. Our house is about 150 years old, has had multiple additions, and was a neglected rental for many years so no project is ever straightforward. Niko the owner came out and happily went into both attics to give us a very reasonable quote and answered all of my questions about cellulose, spray foam, and attic ventilation. We had a new roof installed after 25 years and decided to upgrade our attic insulation. I researched multiple companies but was so impressed with the information regarding the different types of insulation, the timeliness, and the personal attention of the owner Niko, that we chose his company. Got our attic insulated a few weeks back and they did a fantastic job! Niko, the owner, came to our house himself to give us a quote and we were able to use a rebate from the city to go towards the service. Niko was always available for questions and I’m so happy we went with this company! 10/10 would highly recommend!
