GREAT experience with Thermal Building Solutions! Portions of my house were missing insulation completely and others had little to none. Niko and his team came to look, inspect, and eventually do the work. IMMEDIATELY we noticed warmer winter nights and even less sound from neighbors and such! The work was great, the team was super professional, and the results are phenomenal - I’d hands down recommend for any insulation needs, energy efficiency issues, and to save money on your heat/AC bill!
Nico and his crew did an excellent job installing insulation in our attic. Very professional, great communications and super-hard workers. They even used two means of measuring the cellulose to make sure it was even and sufficient for the R-rating. I highly recommend this company.

Niko does great work at competitive prices. He did closed cell spray foam in several places plus blown-in cellulose in our attic. I asked a lot of questions before the job, and he was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Great communicator. We are happy with the result. 100% recommend.
I can't recommend these guys enough, they did an awesome job. Our house is about 150 years old, has had multiple additions, and was a neglected rental for many years so no project is ever straightforward. Niko the owner came out and happily went into both attics to give us a very reasonable quote and answered all of my questions about cellulose, spray foam, and attic ventilation.
