Alex serviced my refrigerative ducted air conditioning system today and was very thorough and professional. Have used Thermal Air Conditioning many times over the years and have always found they deliver honest and reliable service.
I used their service due to out of 5 yrs warranty and close by. Alex thought the problem was faulty of sensor of error code of UO and worked fine for only that day. After a while，we tried to use air-conditioner but error code UO kept coming back again，i txted him but no response. We reset 4 times before it worked again. About 2 weeks again，we wanted to use heater do turned it back on but showed different error code J8 and reset 5 times still coulnt connect to outside air-conditioner.
