These crooks installed a broken unit in my family's home. After calling for 6 months, they FINALLY sent out a tech back in October. He said it was the thermostat, charged an extra $75 to go back to the shop to get a thermostat that was covered under warranty. Installed the thermostat, it worked for 5 days. Called them again multiple times and they have yet to return our calls. Trouth will be coming out to fix the problem today for no extra cost. Do not give your business to this company.
