Fantastic service from Thermal Group. Had a new heater that was failing to operate in a new townhouse - they were very quick to attend, rectify, commission and test for use. Many thanks to Kay and Luke
Fantastic and timely customer service
Terrible on the road! Managing your image by tailgating your customers is the worse you can do!
Unfortunately I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and never have I experienced worse customer service. Avoiding issues and trying to shift blame.
They installed heating unit for our home, and don't even have the record for what they have done, charged all the extra fees to come back servicing again for nothing.
