Just had my first experience there and with both saunas. I can honestly say that I feel relaxed and refreshed. The staff was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be going back!!

Exactly what your mind, body and spirit needs! You feel so refreshed and renewed after spending time enjoying the saunas. You are also able to experience having a relaxing facial with a wonderful organic skin care line or a massage done by a professional to customize your experience. I highly recommend stopping in and taking time for yourself to unwind and relax.
To finally have a private, peaceful, & positive space to unwind is a dream come true! I'm excited to learn more about the benefits of detoxing & purifying from this retreat center & share with my loved ones.
