I hadn't been to Thermea at PEMS Spa since they relocated, and wow -- the upgrade is real. They've truly enhanced the entire space. All the favorites are still there -- sauna, infrared, cold plunge -- all the good, restorative things -- but the expanded backyard creates such a beautiful, elevated vibe. Absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the saunas so much! I went in feeling pain and left, feeling so relieved. I will definitely return. I'm excited, if I choose, there are membership options!
Special gem of Fort Lauderdale in the wellness space. I regularly enjoy my time here detoxing in the infrared saunas then relishing a deep tissue massage. Every treatment I have received has exceeded my expectations and the space is very inviting and comfortable. Kelly is always very thoughtful and gracious and I can't say enough good things about this wonderful sanctuary in the heart of Lauderdale.
Love this place. Spent a day at the spa and it has been the highlight of my Ft. Lauderdale trip so far. Great staff and good vibes. Full day of massages, sauna, skin care and sound healing. 11/10 would recommend.
