Thermae Retreat has a very peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Their individual saunas has helped me stay grounded in life. The staff is wonderful and very helpful throughout your visit. I also truly recommend attending the events that are hosted here. Definitely a home away from home.
Its a Sanctuary, from the release of the outside world is always possible when I relax in the quiet room and at times do some journaling. I take advantage of the infra red sauna and the cold plunge every time I have a service. For me it has been one of the best sanctuary where the Masseus are healers and the spiritual experience is always rewarding.
Thermae is a wonderful retreat where the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have been going there for years and I recommend it wholeheartedly. Kelly is the absolute best!
Thermae Retreat & ThePEMS is an absolute gem — easily one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating places in South Florida. The new Finnish-style outdoor barrel sauna is incredible — the perfect dry heat that melts away stress and leaves you feeling completely renewed. Really enjoyed my time at Thermae. The space is super relaxing and I loved that there were so many different sauna options to try. I finished with the cold plunge which was the perfect way to cool off after and reset. Great spot in Fort Lauderdale to unwind and recharge!
