These guys were recommended by a friend but I won’t be using them due to extremely poor communication. I had a brief conversation with James, who said just let me know a week before first fix and we’ll sort out a quote. I emailed 2 weeks before, and chased a week later, no reply. I finally call and no apology, just said they’d been busy. I sent all information for a quote and explained it’s now urgent as first fix starts in a couple of days - I have now chased multiple times and no quote. Terrible communication from the point of paying the deposit onwards. We live very busy lives and it was made super clear that we needed notice in advance of the fitting day and when the making good would happen. In the end for the fitting day, I was told it “might” be possible for them to come on a certain day, so I agreed on the basis this was confirmed ahead of time. Really great service from start to finish and we are very happy with the units. Great to use a company that specialises in residential air con and either James or Lawrence were always available for any questions. The engineers were very pleasant and efficient.
I am currently renovating my bedroom and living room and decided to install air conditioning in my apartment. The Aircon Team has been fantastic! They are very polite and friendly, making the whole experience pleasant. James, who I spoke with on the phone, is extremely technical and knowledgeable, and he was very accommodating to my needs. My flat feels so much better I can control the temperature & the air feels so much cleaner. I highly recommend Aircon Team for their excellent service!
