Horrible customer service worst experience I’ve had in my life. Ordered product on website waited 10 days for shipping. Got the refill packs but not the actual product I ordered. Submitted online customer service request, waited three days no response. Called customer service they took my info said I’d get a phone call back from someone within 48 hours, three days later nothing.
