Miguel did an excellent job today working on my 35-year-old AC system. He explained a lot in a clear and helpful way, and he was friendly, polite, and professional the whole time. He also gave me two replacement quotes for a new HVAC unit, which I plan to move forward with soon. I really appreciate the consistently high level of customer service, from the office staff to the field technicians. It feels good to have a team taking care of my heating and cooling equipment with such skill, respect, and attention to detail.

Extremely impressed with ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric and the professionalism and dedication to fixing customer issues at fair prices. Johnathan and his crew were excellent. I have rarely had a furnace repair and HVAC team say they would arrive at a certain time and then show up early enough to be walking up to the house right on schedule. We ended up having new heating systems installed along with updated ductwork for two zones, which was a big job, and they handled it very well from start to finish.
