We recently had central air conditioning installed in our home in Hopedale by ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric. At first, I didn’t think central air would fit our budget and was considering using ductless mini-split units instead. I called to set up a heater repair diagnostic for my home, and they showed up right on time early the next morning. Miguel, the technician, was very professional, tidy, and explained everything about my heating system in a way that was easy to understand. The service was excellent, and I felt comfortable knowing my heater in Hopedale was in good hands. I’m very thankful for the honesty and quality work I experienced. I definitely plan to use them again for any heating or electrical needs.

Luis completed the coil replacement on my AC unit and did an outstanding job. The customer service team was also great and made sure my family and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I checked their work and not only did they fix my leaking coils, but they also made improvements to my overall system.
