Driver in van with license plate (21125v3) went on side of shoulder all the way to the front of the line to get in front of everyone else waiting, very unprofessional and thinks his time is more important than everyone else, very bad look for the company!!!
Damien came out to my job to replace a couple of parts on one of the hvac units. He was very polite and explained the issue in detail. Made sure the unit was running properly before he left.
They have great customer service very punctual and attentive for their customers needs I totally recommend ThermaPro ( forgot to mention prices are so affordable 😁
Now my hot summers are not as hot as they used to be, I could sleep without waking up in the middle of the night sweating 🙂
