Got ripped off by one of their clients. They took ages to respond..there is no quick way to raise a concern...then, predictably, they took the side of their client. It's amazing how all the bad reviews disappear!
Since the platform got sold and passed out to a new owner, the whole app got ruined. Nothing works properly and lots of clients trying to get what they need and not pay for it. The app most of the time only gives the option of payment “off the platform”, which then most clients never process the payment and the platform ignores your complaint. Apparently, they can’t do anything since it was “off the platform” even though it was the only option available. Anyways, TheRightFit is terrible nowadays.
I booked a job through them, as a content creator. I was only given the option to be paid 'off platform' - meaning I had to send an invoice to the client. 3 months later and no payment, and no action from The Right Fit. When I asked what processes they had in place for chasing unpaid invoices (where payment was not done through the platform), they ignored my question.
