We just bought a new pool and when it was time to have it filled we were excited to find out what the Google review drama was all about with these folks. Are they great or do they never answer their phone? The mystery has been solved: we called and texted multiple times and they never answered us. 5/5 stars for intrigue
I have an 11 thousand gallon above ground pool called Owen and he quoted me half of what the other people around the Augusta area quoted me! When he arrived he helped me level my pool out for no extra cost! Extremely professional and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Definitely hiring Owen and his team in the future.
We called Theriault Pool water in hopes of pulling off a miracle to get our pool filled up before the 4th of July for a big family party. He came over promptly and was super friendly and helpful. We will use them again for sure! The water was swim ready and crystal clear!
