Came in the other day to see about getting my engagement ring resized and Theresa was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me an overall wonderful experience. I chose to wait with my ring resizing since I’m actively losing weight (Theresa did help me get a ring guard so it fits better for the time being) but when it comes time to adjust it, I will definitely be back to see Theresa again.
Have used Theresa several times. Second to none! The best value for the quality and customer service I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to jewelry.
Theresa was friendly and professional. She took great care with my grandma’s ring and gave me a very fair price to resize it. She was done in about a week and it was perfect. You can tell she loves what she does!
The owner is so so sweet I brought in a family ring over 100 years old and she treated with such care and is very knowledgeable it only took her a few hours to resize my ring and polish it 10/10 would recommend
