I used this agency to find caregivers for my dad, then my aunt, and now my mom. In all three cases Theresa’s found wonderful people for both week day and week end. All had to be live-in providing 24 hour care as needed. This is an agency that helps you find the right people, charges a reasonable finder’s fee, and leaves the rest to you and the caregiver. No ongoing fees coming out of your pocket or the caregiver’s. Thank you Theresa’s!!!
We are pleased with Margaret, who the agency assigned to support my 98 year old aunt. Margaret has done well. We are very displeased with the service from the agency itself, however. The agency could not supply a replacement for Margaret this weekend, after Margaret has worked three weeks straight. If this happens again in the future I could not recommend this agency.
