Rude, condescending and unpleasant. I don't think she listened to a word I said, couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Dr. Dam has been my doctor for over 7 years now and she has made a difference in my life. The doctor very clearly did not care about any concerns or questions that I had and in the middle of what I thought was a conversation she said she was leaving to get me some papers and would be right back and then never came back. Later, the nurse came in with my Checkout paper and I never really knew when the appointment was over.
Very warm and pleasant. No wait time.
