Dr Strroot is a very caring and compassionate person. I am so blessed to have her as my primary care physician . I highly recommend her.
The last time I had an appointment with Dr Stroot - she walked in, did not look at me, no hello. She has a TERRIBLE bedside manner. After my last visit, I have switched to a different Dr. I would NEVER recommend this Dr to anyone.
Excellent doctor
Your care with Dr. Stroot is contingent on how she is feeling that day. You can't expect to just receive generally good care from her. It's exhausting, and I don't have the time to put up with someone with such a poor handle on their moods.
This doctor was dismissive and rude. I asked for a simple and routine follow up blood test for my Hashimoto’s and was denied and brushed off. I felt unheard and invalidated and switched doctors after this incident despite having been with her for a while. Once I wasn’t an “easy patient” and had to advocate for myself is when she was no longer a good fit for me.
