Dr. Shao is a very personable woman with a really good staff. Dr. Shao answers any questions you have with patience and understanding. Her staff are so nice and call you back asap. The wait time to see the Dr. is usually around 10 minutes after you arrive unless they are super busy. I would Recommend this Dr. 100%.
