Great Prices and Smart Employees I have been shopping at Theresa's for a little over a year. I used to go to Big Al's, but since the ownership change, I don't like it there anymore. I never knew that Theresa's was so great! I wish I had gone there a long time ago. The prices are so reasonable, the selection is outstanding and best of all, the actually have employees that are friendly and know what they are talking about. great and not so great at the pet shop Okay have you heard of the Pet Shop in simi valley mall and they suck plus they have the most outragest prices one little white terrier is 350 dollars and that is the dog i want so my dad said when i am 13 i can get a puppy and so this place i have to go to but the have the best place so do not mind the high prices they still rock with their pets their always so jumpy and fun loving and look so happy so i would go their if you are willing to spend more money than you would think
Pawz and Clawz and Theresas are awesome! I went in there and adopted 2 wonderful dogs from Pawz and Clawz. They already had the dogs checked by a vet, neutered, shots, worming medicine done, and I got a free vet exam along with alot of other extras that was really nice. I like how they dont let people handle the animals because Ive been to other adoption places and they let anyone play with them and thats how they get sick. Setting things straight Paws n Claws is where i adopted my puppy back in December, She has been amazing, no problems. Everyone has such a horrible thing to say about them, maybe because they picked the wrong pet to adopt, before adopting look at what problems the dog has before purchasing, they also give you a day to take your pup to the vet to make sure everything is okay, and if not wanting the animal you can take it back. people are so harsh for no reason. bad rescue group I love the store, great selection, decent prices, friendly employees but they take absolutely no responsibility for the animal rescue group that uses the store. You adopt from a rescue group in a reputable store thinking that the store at least screens the rescue group or takes the complaints about the rescue group seriously. Get Rid of Paws and Claws, Theresa's! Theresa's is a horrible place for the animals that come out of there. I have known two people who adopted animals from their 'Paws and Claws' adoption agency, one of which was a 6 week old kitten (who was too small and too young to be adopted out by far), who was NOT neutered and had no medical issues taken care of. The kitten was flea-ridden, full of worms and parasites including ghiardia and coxidia and had a horrible Upper Respiratory Infection that lasted for a month, at massive vete... read more
love it there store has almost everything i come in for. there animals for sale are healthy and loved the staff are friendly and helpful and there prices are average i would definitely recommend it. but 2 baby rats from there and i love them thank you Theresa's country
Love this place! I've been to a few pet stores around Simi, and I just love this one. Theresa's country feed & pet store has great prices and a great selection. Their staff is super friendly and I always enjoy a bag of their free welcome popcorn! This place is so much better than Big Al's!!!
Return merchandise if opened mark down 10% I go into Theresa's country feed for my dog's food. I love the fact you can push a cart with your dogies in it and have no problem getting thru the isles with other customers. I asked if they could help me trim my dogs nails, and they stopped what they were doing and trimmed them at no cost! Then my daughter who is a kitty freak went to the back of the store to check out the adopted animals, and found one of the workers hand feeding the kittens. She let her hold one.
