I had the privilege of meeting Theresa a while back before she opened up her own business when she worked elsewhere. Long story short, my teenage daughter was having some serious anxiety issues and was pulling out her eyelashes and sometimes even her eyebrows. She could not control this, and when we met Theresa we were at desperate measures. So many tears, and she was willing to help her out after others didn't understand.
