If I could give Theresa Lynch 10 stars, I would! I was fortunate to have been referred to Theresa for lymphedema and other related issues. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to reach by text whenever I had questions. I had appointments from May through September and got to know Theresa very well. She is one of the best occupational therapist I have dealt with and she is very knowledgeable in what she is doing.
Unfortunately not a great experience. I had to cancel my appointment due to illness, but found out the email listed on the website is outdated—which caused delays in communication. Even due to the providers lack of ability to be contacted, I found her to be incredibly inflexible and even threatened to charge me a no show fee. This is not legal as a VA community care provider.
