Theresa Lee is a great realtor! She is very knowledgeable about the Eichler homes market in the East Bay, especially in Concord. She demonstrated a coherent sense of what modifications to make to our home to give it more of a consistent mid-century modern look and feel. As a handyman and Eichler specialist who works closely with realtors, I can say Theresa is one of the best. She has deep knowledge of Eichler homes, she communicates clearly, and handles every step with professionalism. I have personally watched her go the extra mile for her clients and making sure they get top dollar's for their homes. She’s great with clients and understands how to navigate the unique details these homes require. Highly recommended.

Theresa was wonderful to work with! She really helped with communicating - If there was something needed from anyone on the team - whether it be the borrower, title, or sellers/listing agent - she was on it and assisting in getting what was needed.
