I've been a patient for of Dr. Rose for years. Now that I am pregnant, I'm trying to schedule my first prenatal appointment. The practice has been appallingly unprofessional and incompetent. It's been over two weeks since I first called, and I still don't have an appointment on the books. In no world is this acceptable. Every time I call, I speak with a remote phone operator who is unable to do anything. All they do is say "someone will call you back before five pm". It never happens. I recently gave birth to my first baby July 2023 at Lake Forest Hospital and Dr. Rose was the doctor on duty. I had never met her prior. She had respectful bedside manners, and she was very kind. When it was “go-time”, Dr. Rose and nurse Rachel did an amazing job coaching me through the delivery. My baby’s shoulder was caught behind my pelvic bone, and Dr. Rose safely and gently turned her to help her come out as I pushed. I didn’t tear either! I went with my special needs daughter to her first OB/GYN appointment with Dr Rose, She was wonderful with her. Very compassionate listen to all my concerns. The office staff was great too. They were super accommodating friendly, and kind. I can’t say enough great things about this group!
