It's not fair to rate anyone based on their help, although I understand the frustration with physicians' office staff. However, Dr. Jones is a great ophthalmologist and I could not be happier.
Receptionist both were RUDE‼️👎🏼👎🏼 Insisted they sent paperwork to me, I never received. Then snaps back at me a had a snarl on her face then said I'm telling you I sent it❗Then after giving me 6-7 papers to fill out for them ,came out and told me they don't take my insurance and never did❗Which was a lie, because I called them and confirmed that they did actually take it back in June when I made the appointment.
