If I could give them less then 1 star I would. I called after my doctor sent my referral to them and was instructed to leave a voicemail. A week later I received a phone call I began the typical intake questions name, dob, address etc. then I got the the insurance I was then hung up on so she could verify my insurance was taken by them (of which is listed on their website, and my pcp verified prior to referral) a few days later I got a call back and they acted like they had never spoken to me and had no record of me in their... read more
I love the doctor but the staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t respect the patient.
Dr. Fynn really cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant with excellent communication skills. I cannot imagine having anyone else to help guide me through the troublesome journey of being a diabetic. Thank you Dr. Fynn for being the awesome doctor that you are! 12-6-24 Dr. Fynn continues to be the awesome expert she has always been.
