Some products work for me some don’t. The problem is the one product I do specifically need hasn’t been in stock for over a year. I’ve emailed 5 or more times asking if it is finally available and if not is it being discontinued. All I get is a no it’s not back in stock and no it’s not being discontinued. No other explanation. I found a product from their store to replace it while I wait for the other stuff to be restocked only to find that product is now unavailable. Dr.Dales products are amazing for me and my family. Her products over many years restored my kidneys. Saved me from dialysis. Dr.s wanted to amputate my feet, because of a car accident and eventually a bad infected wound. I did her detox and both feet are fine. Dr. Dales products have saved me from three infections. They have saved my life and helped with my family’s immune system. Thank you 😊.
Amazing products, but very poor customer service. They make you subscribe to a membership so you save $15 on your order, then if you forget to unsubscribe you get charged $60 for life every 3 months. I paid an excessive amount of money for a test that I could have done for $150 elsewhere, just to have a 30 minutes chat with Dr Dale, which was 1 month and a half delayed because she went on vacation.
