I cannot say enough great things about Theresa and Carly!! They are the nicest, most professional, hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had no prior experience with homeownership or the mortgage process and they helped make it so easy for me, all while doing an awesome job! Additionally, when it came to refinancing, they once again knocked it out of the park and were on top of everything for me. I will never go to another place for any future Mortgage needs. I cannot recommend them enough!
I am really glad I worked with Theresa and Carly at Covenant First Mortgage while purchasing my first home! As a first time home buyer, they helped me through the whole process with advice on building my credit when I first started my house hunting over a year ago, up to securing a loan at a great rate and purchasing my first home. They were very always very honest, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to secure a home loan.
We worked with Theresa on our first home almost 2 years ago and she was wonderful! So when I started thinking about refinancing I knew who I needed to call! Threasa and Carly were wonderful! They are saving us so much money and the process was seamless! I messaged them on 2/8 and was closed by 2/25! Amazing!
I would absolutely never recommend Covenant Mortgage for lending. I understand with buying a home there is a possibility of multiple closing date changes and things come up but I have NEVER known a company to drop the ball so many times. The lack of communication and the amount of mistakes throughout the process was just insane. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and definitely will not use them again in the future. If you’re involved with real estate I would not use them whatsoever.
Theresa and Carly were great to work with. They were always so kind, and quick to respond when things came up throughout the entire mortgage loan process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
