I had great experience n felt instant relief after a session with them. The trainer here focuses on our issues, understands well, exhibited patience. He is a great motivator. I recommend him eminently to get cured through stretching n physical exercises My frozen shoulder is a lot better now
I had a holistic healing session with Janine and WOW WOW WOW!!! The room was stunning with it's positive energy from the giant wall of salt! Janine is a beautiful soul and made me feel so comfortable opening up and sharing how I was feeling. The holistic healing session with Janine was amazing!!! She did Reiki and quantum touch. I did not know what to expect as this was my first time trying something like this. She took her time and explained everything. I had originally told her I had a deviated septum and had just left my ENT who gave me no real advice other than to keep using my nose spray. I had an amazing holistic healing session with Janine! I have been having issues sleeping due to anxiety/PTSD and the night after the session I slept like a baby. Janine was super attentive and I felt like a huge amount of weight was lifted from my body when I left the session. She also taught me how to meditate which is helping me with my PTSD and anxiety. It was a life changing experience and I will be booking her again for sure!!!☺️
I met with Janine for a Holistic healing session. She took her time to give me a complete once over!! Lol. She noticed my neck had less rotation on one side. It has been like that for years. She did Quantum touch on the back of my neck as part of this session and I now have full rotation on both sides. I left the studio feeling so refreshed and can’t wait to go back!!!
