Sam is AMAZING. He has saved me so many times, with back ache, elbow, feet issues. The office is welcoming, always prompt and very clean. I cannot say enough good things about Theraquest.
I highly recommend Theraquest! Sam is a miracle worker. He also shows me strengthening exercises to help prevent future pain. The office is clean, neat, and has plenty of free parking. Many NY State employees can get their massages covered by NY SHIP insurance. If you have to pay out of pocket like I do, the massages are still reasonably priced and are much more effective than spa massages at relieving pain. If you are in pain, definitely try a medical massage at Theraquest!
My entire experience was great and deserves 5 stars. I received a quick, and helpful response when I first reached out to ask about scheduling and availability. The facility is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Sam was amazing and took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. He found all the spots that needed to be worked on and very clearly has a great knowledge of the body and what he does. He went above and beyond to help me feel better. Ali is a great massage therapist. She listens to your complaints and helps To educate why you might be having those symptoms. I felt much looser and refreshed after our session!
