Took a month to deliver item without stated a signature was required. The owner claimed a redelivery fee of another 35 dollars was required. Therefore I asked for a refund. I am a single parent of a young daughter with cerebral palsy instead of having compassion for needed expensive medical equipment she just wanted to charge more.
