Ordered some knobbly balls as they were on sale. Postage was excessive , as I made enquiries with Australia Post to confirm, but I genuinely needed the balls so I paid it. When the items arrived I removed them from the packaging to discover one was faulty and had a hole in it. After sending photos and details I was told I had caused the damage as all their products are NEVER faulty and was offered a token partial refund.
