I ordered the acqua boxing gloves. I do a class with up to 60 people. Our trainer wanted us to buy these gloves for our next class. I ordered them and 6 days later had not received them. I called and asked. An hour or so later by magic, I received a notification a label had been created. Then I was advised by Australia Post it would only be delivered with a signature. 4/4/26 I ordered over $1,000 of equipment for my daughter on the 17/2/26, which I needed quite urgently. Theraquatics had it delivered to the wrong address. So now my order is being sent back to Theraquatics in Queensland, which when they receive it hopefully they dispatched it back to me in Adelaide as quickly as possible. God knows when I’m going to receive it now?????? I rang up the owner of Theraquatics to let her know what had happend. She said she was aware of the situation. She gave no apology what so ever. I recently received an early Xmas present of the xheavy aqua bumbells. After the FIRST use the glue came loose at the end so the dumb bells, so it moved in my hand when in the water. I requested a replacement one or to be fixed. They said to send it back (at my cost) to be reglued. I told them it was a fault with the glue and I shouldn't be out of pocket after one use. They wouldn't accomodate my request. As they are not cheap, I would recommend you look elsewhere for a similiar product.
