I recently received an early Xmas present of the xheavy aqua bumbells. After the FIRST use the glue came loose at the end so the dumb bells, so it moved in my hand when in the water. I requested a replacement one or to be fixed. They said to send it back (at my cost) to be reglued. I told them it was a fault with the glue and I shouldn't be out of pocket after one use. They wouldn't accomodate my request. As they are not cheap, I would recommend you look elsewhere for a similiar product.

Great selection of swimming tools to assist with my rehab and training. Have ordered equipment through them twice now, great quality for the price. Great customer service; they don't necessarily respond to voice messages, however anything that will impact on delivery of equipment will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the team overall.
