Terrible return policy. Bought a shower chair and on the items page it says it has a 30 day returns. If you look at the non returnable items shower chairs are not listed and the one we wanted to return was still brand new in the box. They did offer a return if I paid to ship it with a re stocking fee. Website error is cause for free returns according to the fine print but they denied that this inaccurate description counts as free returns . Never in my life have I had a company that didn’t want a sale. I purchased a massage bed and paid for it and they call 2 days later asking for another $495 for shipping. Even though I had already paid their shipping cost and the product in full. Will make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from this company. The product was on sale…. But they want that savings amount in extra shipping charges….. crooked!

I desperately needed a nebulizer as I was traveling and my regular supplier had the wrong one in stock. I phoned them on Wednesday. They promised delivery on Thursday and it came no problems. I was very relieved and happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!
