I had the best time at Therapy South when I first came I didn't think I would be back on track but they got me on track. All the employees were very nice and if I had to do it again I would choose to go here!
Somebody there RUDE...I HAD TO CALL AND VERIFY MY INSURANCE THATS NOT MY JOB!! I TOOK MY NEEDS ELSEWHERE....AND ALL IT TOOK WAS A SIMPLE REFERALL.... NOT JUMPIN HOOPS DOING SOMEONE ELSES JOB...AND TO THINK SHE SAID SHE WLD CALL ME BACK THAT WAS A MONTH AGO
The whole staff was awesome! Nick and Jake were who worked with me and did such a good job. Jake was super knowledgeable and set me up for home workouts after graduating. I highly recommend.
Thank you. Therapists do an awesome job . My husband had Parkinson's and because of this group he was able to do his daily taking care of himself. This would not have been possible without them. Parkinson's has no cure, but it does provide a better life. Jake even checked on him In his final days. It is other physical therapy clinics (we used them) but the Talladega facility is the best .
The staff is great, they are professional and make your experience enjoyable. I highly recommend
