I had surgery on my wrist earlier this year. My doctor recommended TherapySouth for recovery. After my first appointment, I felt very comfortable with the treatment I was receiving. My therapist, Sydney immediately began working to get my post-op function back to as normal as possible. Working with several different exercises and treatments, I began to quickly feel that therapy was indeed working quite well. Myself and other family members have received PT services at the Therapy South Shades Crest Rd location in Hoover. Therapists Daniel and Drew are excellent!! They care about their clients, really listen to them and develop a customized program to resolve & improve issues. They also stay abreast of new therapeutic methods and get the required certifications if necessary. We also appreciate the suggestions of exercises to do at home ongoing as a continued part of our regular exercise program. Thank you Daniel and Drew!!

I am very pleased with my experience at Physical Therapy South. Everyone did a great job and took a genuine interest in helping me recover from a major injury. The results are remarkable and I’m very grateful for such great professionals and their dedication. This facility is so convenient to my home and easy access! Drew Stanford was my Physical Therapist and was very attentive my needs/ my discomfort. He tailored my exercises and stretches to my physical pain and helped me to get stronger. He gave me additional exercises to do at home in between therapy sessions and some to do daily when my Physical Therapy appointments were completed. Very kind, great personality and smile. Always encouraging to me. I always looked forward to going twice weekly. Thank you so much, Drew.

Therapy South Hoover has saved me. They helped me fully recover after my hand surgery and when I had shoulder tendinitis. Right now, I’m being treated post surgery from a 2 level artificial disc replacement. Bedside manner is huge to me and they go above and beyond. They take extra time and energy to listen and encourage me through this process. And when you are healing, sometimes that’s just exactly what you need to keep going.
