High quality physical therapy in every way! All of the therapists here are so knowledgeable about the human body. I have a complex condition and they really do understand and know how to address the ways that everything is interconnected. Mrs. Kim at the front desk is always amazing and welcoming as well. Between clients, therapists are laundering the pillow cases and cleaning equipment. They are all very funny too, which you really do want when you’re injured and trying to get better. Therapists are professional and there is a friendly atmosphere. Convenient location. Low rating is due to poor cleanliness standards. Equipment, beds, pillow cases are not cleaned between patients. Never saw fixed equip wiped, bed only when I asked (skin flakes and hair). When asked about it was told cleaners can cause cancer so not used often. Great PT program but not returning.
