I can't thank the staff at Therapy South enough! Once again Ms. Becca Harrington, PT, DPT has me back GOLFING again. A few years ago I injured my shoulder and thought I was doomed to have surgery. Nope! With dry needling and physical therapy I was back on the course. Then I injured my knee this year. Martin Army Hospital was suggesting injections and then knee replacement due to Osteo arthritis and low cartilage in my knee. NOPE! Very professional team and outstanding customer service.
I have meant to post this for a while. Back in July, I brought my girlfriend to TS. She was visiting from Germany and only had a German language version of her insurance policy. She needed an osteopath as she gets vagus nerve adjustments at her local osteopath in Germany. That’s harder to find here and with little advance for an appointment, I didn’t think I would find anyone to work on her. Unfortunately, I had to end my sessions Today with Therapy South. I did not receive the compassionate care as advertised. Instead of that, the Therapist raised his voice ; yelling at me for wanting to disconnect my own strap, on a knee crutch. Completely disrespected me in front of everyone.( there were about 9 people inside) . Then continued to have an attitude towards me afterwards.
