After years of typical doctors offices, stepping into Therapy Solutions felt like returning to the home I've always wanted. The front office lady named Pam was immediately very kind and helpful. The clinical staff is caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The scheduling and billing department is the reason for the 3 stars. The communication back and forth is taxing - you're lucky if the phone is answered and you don't have to leave a voicemail. I was scheduled for a handful of appointments *without my input*, (or my input on dates/times/provider was ignored) and due to other appointments, work, and life I needed to cancel all of them. The staff and therapists here are top notch. I always thought as I aged I should hurt. Not so, you don't have to be in pain. Thank you for teaching me about my body and how to get better
