I found my PT extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He, once again reinforced about PT in general, that PTs know a lot of stuff that no one else seems to know.
Hanna is fantastic! Coming back from an injury was extremely challenging both physically and mentally and she helped me recover feeling stronger and more supported than ever. I would 100% recommend Therapydia, especially Hanna.
I came in with a shoulder injury from overtraining for triathlons. Months of rest weren't helping, and my injury was actually getting worse. Two weeks into the PT, I was already seeing improvement. After 3 months I'm 95% recovered and able to push as hard as I was before the injury, with overall improvement to not just my shoulder but other body mechanics that matter to my training and body type.
