Hanna is fantastic! Coming back from an injury was extremely challenging both physically and mentally and she helped me recover feeling stronger and more supported than ever. I would 100% recommend Therapydia, especially Hanna.
I came in with a shoulder injury from overtraining for triathlons. Months of rest weren't helping, and my injury was actually getting worse. Two weeks into the PT, I was already seeing improvement. After 3 months I'm 95% recovered and able to push as hard as I was before the injury, with overall improvement to not just my shoulder but other body mechanics that matter to my training and body type. Therapydia is a very clean and welcoming space. From the extremely helpful receptionists that assist with understanding insurance coverage, to the incredibly knowledgeable therapists (extra shout out to Hanna), I truly feel like I’m getting the best care. I love it here.
