I will make this brief. Don't waste your time trying the rest when you can simply save your time and go for the best the first time. DONT buy from therapy world, they over charged $1000 and will not refund or correct the amount. LIED about the product quality it is not a high quality as described(poorly made in china)! LIED to about delivery date!!! Waited months and they started taking money with out of my account without delivering the product !!!!!!! and they would not let me cancel the order when I found out they deceived me.
Purchased a mattress online. Was speeding & easy to negotiate. Mattress & base arrived in a speedy manner. Communication was excellent. My double mattress & base are excellent. Special thanks to Therese for her input and advice. I am a wheelchair user & initially found the base to be too high. Tech guy came out & changed base height, now its an easy transfer from my wheelchair to my new bed.
I am beyond happy with my experience with Therapy World. They were very helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with! My new bed is extremely comfy and you can tell the quality is A-MAZING!!! I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Hands down 5 stars from me.
My bed was delivered 5 weeks ago now and I absolutely love it!!! I havent slept this well for years and years, the mattress is so comfortable and the best I have ever had, the height adjustments on the bed are so good and I xan save my favourite position. Thank you to Brett, Therese, great team and so helpful. Thank you to David who delivered the bed up my terrible driveway. Fantastic service all round.
