This place has always been a little disorganized, but over the past couple months it’s gotten worse. It’s really hard to get anyone on the phone, when you do get through the receptionist is distracted and most of the time short tempered. My worst experiences with the receptionist was overhearing her talk about me in Spanish, assuming I couldn’t understand her and hanging up on me multiple times.
