Friendly, professional staff that had been recommended by my doctor. My therapist has a doctorate herself in physical therapy and it showed in her understanding and coaching expertise. I experienced obvious and measurable improvement in both strength and movement after five sessions, and was given an easy-to-follow stretching and resistance training routine to further improve on my own.

Trudi is awesome! She does a very thorough job of getting down to the root of where the problems come from. She explains how the exercises help each area. Honestly I learned more about my knee problems from her than I did from my doctor. This is a great facility and highly recommend.
