This was a 10/10 experience! Sheri is so knowledgeable, patient, and really wants to get to the root of your symptoms. She took her time to get to know what I was experiencing before she got started, I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I've had back pain for 30 years, it started when I herniated 2 discs in my lower back playing basketball. The pain came and went and I tried to keep it in check by exercising my core everyday. Working with Sheri has been a game changer! Was new to craniosacral therapy and am so blessed to have found her. She does an excellent job of explaining what she is doing and is always happy to educate. The differences in my body have been remarkable. Not just physically but also mentally. Sleep has improved, energy has been high, ability to put muscle on has become much easier. The mental focus and clarity post session is amazing. I am an NP and have recommended her to my patients.

She knows what she is doing. I have seen her several times for different needs over the last 10 years or so. She is booked out about 6-7 weeks ahead consistently.
