Update to owner reply: It’s interesting how fast you reply to negative Google reviews compared to text messages. I’ve been trying to book an appointment since July 2nd. After jumping through hoops, being told my confirmation wasn't "detailed enough," and waiting nearly four weeks for an August schedule that never arrived, I was told you're booked out until September. Terrible customer service; 2 months of trying to get an appointment and all I got was oops booked out again not sure why you didn’t get the message. You can be as skilled but if you lack basic human decency to keep people aware and are running a business I don’t know what to say!
Hands down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing China for 5 years now and she is truly a master at her craft. She is so skilled and cares deeply for her clients! Love her and highly recommended!!
