This business never answers their phone. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. This is subpar customer service. While I understand that there are busier hours in any given day of operation, a patient should be able to reach a live agent within a 24 hour period. Furthermore when a business charges a fee for failure to cancel within a given time frame, a live agent should always be readily available as there’s no way to know how frequently voicemails are checked.
