This place every single time cancels my daughter’s appointment day before, between not having anyone in that day, not having an evaluator, any excuses and I am done. Keeps jolting us back and forth and my daughter is 2 and don’t even talk, it’s gotten to the point of ridiculous

My son attended therapy here 2x's a week.occupational and speech Multiple times, the staff has cancelled my son's appointment 10 minutes before the appointment when we are on our way there multiple times they said it was because they have no therapist and new systems. I can never get through on the phone anymore. It's been this way for about the last three months. I have left messages and don't receive call backs. I don't know if they have my phone number wrong, but I leave it on the messages I leave. I see others are also having trouble getting through as well. I'm giving 3 stars because my daughter's therapists have been fantastic, especially Miss Mandy and Miss Brandy who unfortunately are no longer there. Really hope this place goes back to how well it was run before in the past.
LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I listened! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phones there, 4 days to hear back if you leave a voicemail. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks to hear back for prior authorization from insurance, but soon as it was approved - they would call me to schedule. It's been TWO MONTHS. I checked online and it was approved the day after I last spoke to someone - a week after my daughter's appt. No call, nothing. Can't get anyone to answer. Been taking my daughter here for about a year now. I really love the service plus my child's therapist Lacey! It really benefits her with her talking and understanding better but the only issues I have is that it’s hard to get a hold of someone in the office to change appointment from person to virtual or to ask questions etc. Another thing that is a issue is the virtual meeting system change, i literally hate it because it gives us a hard time to hear each other without lags happening each time we are talking to each other.... read more
