Edited to add I'm devastated this place has closed. My daughter was starting to make real progress with her current therapists and it was just a few minutes away from us. I'm unsure if we'll continue with Therapy Tree. I can never get through on the phone anymore. It's been this way for about the last three months. I have left messages and don't receive call backs. I just want to start off by saying the therapist there are great my son loved them and going there. The 2 star is for the office itself. My son had a scheduled appt. We showed up and the doors were locked. When I called I was told all appt. were put on hold. I never received a call, voicemail, or email about the location being closed or appt cancellations. This place every single time cancels my daughter’s appointment day before, between not having anyone in that day, not having an evaluator, any excuses and I am done. Keeps jolting us back and forth and my daughter is 2 and don’t even talk, it’s gotten to the point of ridiculous

Please listen to the reviews DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE ! My son attended therapy here 2x's a week.occupational and speech Multiple times, the staff has cancelled my son's appointment 10 minutes before the appointment when we are on our way there multiple times they said it was because they have no therapist and new systems. I have been waiting for a referral for his speech device for weeks I’ve emailed every manager supervisor etc I’ve called every location absolutely no one would help or return my call they can’t keep any... read more

I can never get through on the phone anymore. It's been this way for about the last three months. I have left messages and don't receive call backs. I don't know if they have my phone number wrong, but I leave it on the messages I leave. I see others are also having trouble getting through as well. I'm giving 3 stars because my daughter's therapists have been fantastic, especially Miss Mandy and Miss Brandy who unfortunately are no longer there. Really hope this place goes back to how well it was run before in the past.
