My son attends therapy here 2x's a week. Multiple times, the staff has cancelled my son's appointment AFTER WE SHOW UP for the appointment. I spoke to managers, they said it was because they switched systems. They did the same thing today and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I need to wait a week for response. I'll be reaching out to medical board AND FBI to discuss this as well as fraudulent charges on days he was not seen. Very nice workers impress me enough to try this place but my little one loves it that im bringing siblings to help out with everything i hope others do come and i feel others do not speak up to the front desk for other issues if you tell them and figure out what you want and need you will find it very easy and rushing the process will only make it hard but i will continue to go here and recommend a try i do only wish they would test them here as well as the other location but besides that i enjoy it Mrs.Lacey is has been a d... read more
