Working with Michelle was a stressful time wasting experience. I went in to work on my relationship with my Mom, and Michelle reinforced every problem my mother and I need to work through. I left the meeting with our relationship worsened. Michelle will take sides, lose her temper, and use foul language. The only "soulution" she proposed was to "just forgive everything and move on." If you need someone who doesn't care about family then this is your gal!
I came with my wife to a meeting with her mom and Michelle to act as emotional support. I was expecting Michelle to be a neutral third party who could hear both sides and advise both women as to how they can improve their relationship. What I witnessed instead was Michelle only hearing the side of the party paying for the session. Instead of trying to improve the relationship at stake she focused on attacking my wife's grievances and even snapped at her on several occasions.
