As a therapist in the field, I can confidently say that Carly Pasquale is one of the most compassionate counselors I know. Her ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space allows her clients—especially adults—to feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She’s incredibly patient, thoughtful, and professional, with a genuine warmth that makes it easy to open up. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.
After a long process and waiting time I showed to my appointment. There is no reception and no one answers the phone. The provider never showed up. They have an ipad where you sign in for your appointment. I checked in twice but no response. No one showed up. After 30 minutes of waiting I left the premises. It’s ironic that a service that should care and listen to its customers is so impersonal. 0/5
