Went to therapy pros nd of Feb for evaluation which was excellent results , had a schedule four sessions starting April 3rd Monday come mon at 11:21 am recived a call cancelation during to employee ill , my next appointment 17th and 24th to much time in between it too much time in between due to completely book. My accident was february 9th and it going to take three months
