I have worked with a non profit that offers on line counseling services. I have a difficult time connecting with Therapy Portal who is owned by Therapy Partner solutions. I tried to call them for help today because we lost connection with the client and when I called them they said it was the clients fault. She has lots of experience on computers for over 40 years.
