Staff is kind and courteous and supportive.
My experience for the few weeks I went here was second to none. I went to the South Tyndall Pkwy location and was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Trish at the front desk. She was always professional and made me feel really comfortable being in a place that I, to be honest, didn’t really want to be. Both of the ladies at the front are always helpful, kind, and caring. Brittani and Kathy are the best. I’ve been working with them for almost a year and a half they are very hands on and willing to help you get better. Thank you ladies
I spent 7 weeks (19 visits) going to physical therapy after a total hip replacement. They pushed me from the beginning and made every session a little more of a challenge. Great atmosphere and staff all around. My recovery would not have been as successful without their guidance. Special thanks to Laura, James, and Matt for getting me through it all.
