I completed 21 visits at Therapy One for lower back pain. I learned different techniques of stretches, floor exercises, and strength training for my core. Staff members were very professional. I would like to thank Josh, Laura, Jim, Kyle, Cameron and Adam for helping me reduce my back pain. Since my last day at Therapy One, I have been using the exercises on a daily basis. The facility was very clean and comfortable.

Therapy One has been such a wonderful place for me to come to to help my back heal from surgery! They were very patient with me, and were always there to lend a helping hand! All of the staff is wonderful and always has a great attitude l!

My intake appointment with Bret Lane was very professional. The information about how my PT plan is developed, who develops it, who and how my progress is assessed and the “3-member team” I’m assigned to was very helpful to know - continuity of care is important. The intake evaluation was thorough and thoughtful without being hurried, and based on our conversation I could tell my intake application had been reviewed prior to our appointment.
