I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Therapy On Wheels! My mother has been a patient of theirs for OT & PT since November 2024. The therapists are some of the most respectful, kindest, caring people you could ask for. They treat my mother like family while also remaining professional. When I took my mother home from SNF she could barely feed herself. Within a few weeks she was back on track due to the therapy she received. I give them one star just so I can write on it but this company is no good. They dont show up and when I called to ask why she said she would have the guy call me he called me back a week later on sunday and was disrespectful. Then when I called him right bk to tell him my dad only wanted one day a week he couldn't answer but texted me and was still disrespectful. I wont have people like that in my dads house taken care of him. If you dont like your job then go somewhere u do it like. You dont talk to people the way you talk... read more
